1. Shipping Policies

For AM deliveries all orders must be placed before 10pm the preceeding night, and for PM delivers orders must be placed before 10am.

If Southside Stems are unable to access the property due to weather, pets or other circumstances out of our control, Southside Stems reserves the right to leave a calling card for the recipient to arrange an appropriate time to re-attempt delivery.

If the recipient is not in attendance, Southside Stems reserves the right to leave a calling card for the recipient to arrange an appropriate time to re-attempt delivery.

2. Delivery Exceptions:

No deliveries will be made on Weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed and delivered on the next business day.
